In the beginning . . . |
Where we are now . . . |
Our initial focus was Stewardship of God's Creation and Creation Care, and the name was Forests For Oregon, an IRS 501(c)(3) tax exempt nonprofit. And our initial goal was to educate and reveal to Oregonians how the Federal Government (mis)manages and controls more than 53% of Oregon's public lands.
|
With the onset of the COVID-19 Plandemic, Forests For Oregon has become: Next Generation Restoration, Inc. with an expanded and significantly broader vision that is much more fitting and suitable to our rapidly changing economic, political, and social environment.

The Servant Leaders and RiskTakers . . .
Next Generation Restoration, Inc. Statement of Faith The leadership of Next Generation Restoration, Inc., including the Board of Directors, is committed without reservation to this Statement of Faith. The Bible We believe that the 66 books of Holy Scripture as originally given are in their entirety the Word of God verbally inspired and wholly without error in all that they declare, and, therefore, are the supreme and final authority of faith and life. The Word of God is also the supreme authority for determining what justice is, what makes a law just or unjust, and reveals God’s justice and mercy. All of God’s Word is relevant and applicable today to all aspects of government, culture, and society. Jesus is the Logos, the Word of God made flesh. God’s people have a duty to study and apply God’s word to all aspects of Government, law, and society, because it reveals who Jesus is to the World. The good news of the gospel includes a clear communication of all aspects of who Jesus is, including his goodness, his justice, his mercy, and his laws which govern his kingdom. The Trinity We believe in one Triune God — Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Jesus We believe in the Virgin Birth and the Deity of Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, who is also Son of Man, with two distinct natures in one Person forever. The Cross We believe the vicarious substitutionary death of Jesus Christ on the cross made atonement for the sin of the world, efficient for all who repent and believe. The Resurrection We believe in the bodily resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, which ensures the bodily resurrection of all believers who have received God’s gift of eternal life. Resurrection of Judgment We believe also in a resurrection of judgment in regard to unbelievers who reject the gospel. Christ's Return We believe in the imminent, visible and bodily return of Christ to this earth to set up His kingdom and to judge the world in righteousness. Sin We believe that man was originally created in the image of God, that he fell into sin through the first Adam and that he is responsible for all sin he has committed. Sin causes him to be separated from God and lost eternally. Salvation We believe that salvation from everlasting punishment and entrance into a state of fellowship with God are secured only by a personal belief that Christ bore our sins in His own body on the cross and by a definite receiving of Christ, through the Person of the Holy Spirit, into one’s inner being. This is to receive eternal life and to be sealed unto the Day of Redemption. The Holy Spirit We believe that the Holy Spirit thus indwells all who receive Jesus Christ as both Savior and Lord. We believe that the work of the Holy Spirit is necessary for Spiritual Warfare and the advancement of God’s Kingdom. We believe that the Holy Spirit is alive and at work today, and works to bring about supernatural healing, tongues, miracles, prophetic dreams, visions, words of knowledge, and supernatural guidance. We will seek spiritual discernment and will subject all prophetic words to judgment by the Word of God. We will seek to embrace the work of the Holy Spirit and will not quench its fire. Sanctification We believe that the Holy Spirit is responsible for the quickening from death into life and for the continuing of the work of sanctification in the believer. The Church We believe that the church is the body of Christ, a spiritual organism of born again believers who are called to be identified with Christ in baptism and to remember His death in the Lord’s Supper. The World We believe that all believers are called to be in the world but separate from it. Evangelism We believe that Christians are called to witness for Christ, to preach the gospel to all nations and to study the Bible personally through the power of the indwelling Holy Spirit. Authority of the Believer We believe that all authority on heaven and on earth was transferred to Jesus Christ when he rose from the dead. Jesus is the Son of David, and the rightful heir to David’s throne. The authority of his Kingdom expanded to include all of the gentiles, and we are part of his Kingdom, grafted into Israel. Therefore, the people of God are the rightful rulers of the whole earth, if they are in submission to the King of Kings. Any demonic ruler or principality, and any earthly ruler that is not acting in submission to the authority of Jesus Christ is acting without lawful authority, and must not be obeyed if any instruction or law contradicts the Word of God. It is the duty of the people of God to attack the kingdom of darkness, destroy the works of the Devil, and take authority and dominion over all areas of creation, culture, society, and government, bringing everything into subjection under the authority of Jesus Christ. Theology of Government and Lawful Government Authority We believe that all believers are first and foremost subject to the jurisdiction of the kingdom of heaven that is ruled by Jesus Christ, the King of Kings. The law which governs the Kingdom of Heaven is the Word of God. Secondly, all believers are subject to the governing authorities in their nation as long as those authorities are using the sword to punish those who do evil as defined by God’s word. All judicial, legislative, or executive governing authorities which perform any kind of government role are ministers of God. (See Romans 13). Authority in the Greek refers to someone who is acting within the chain of authority underneath their superior, particularly in the military. Consequently, all government authority is derived from God and must be exercised in conformity with God’s word. Any government official who steps outside of God’s chain of command loses the God-given authority placed on him as God’s minister. Responsibility of All Directors, Officers, and Employees before God We believe that each Director, Officer and employee of Next Generation Restoration, Inc. is serving as a religious minister of Next Generation Restoration, Inc., which is a religious ministry that makes up part of God’s government as part of the Kingdom of Heaven on this earth. The Holy Spirit must be the guide of each director, officer, and agent in following God’s law and submitting to governing authorities when those authorities are speaking, acting, ruling, and legislating under God’s authority. If governing authorities demand anything contrary to God’s word, they lack authority to do so. God must be obeyed, rather than men. We believe that our officers, directors and agents are subject to the laws of the United States and state of Oregon, as long as those laws do not violate the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Oregon, which were intended by our founding Fathers, many of whom were devout Christians, to allow the people of this country to follow God’s Word according to the dictates of their conscience. As Thomas Aquinas once said, “an unjust law is no law at all.” Consequently, we believe that all laws contrary to God’s law are unjust, and void. Unjust laws must not be enforced by anyone at any level of government. Unjust laws must not be obeyed. It is the duty of every believer to seek the repeal of unjust laws through the election of righteous believers who apply the bible to legislating, interpreting, and enforcing the law. We are to pray for the repentance and removal of unrighteous rulers, and pray for righteous rulers filled with wisdom be raised up in our land. We are to recognize that righteous ruling is a gift of the Holy Spirit that should be encouraged by the Ecclesia. Likewise, it is the responsibility of everyone to read and interpret the United States Constitution in a manner that conforms with God’s word. As Supreme Court Justice Marshall once said, “a law repugnant to the constitution is void.” Unconstitutional laws are void, as if they had never been made. Since the constitution’s text is based on biblical principles, it is the duty of each person to understand it and follow it as long as it conforms to the Bible, since, second to the Bible, it supersedes all other laws. If any provision of the Oregon or United States Constitution is found to contain any provision contrary to God’s word, it is the duty of believers to change it through a constitutional amendment. If any law has been interpreted in such a way as to contradict God’s word in application or effect, it is the duty of every believer not to enforce such an interpretation, and it is the duty of every believer to seek to overturn or narrow the application of such interpretation within the legal system to the maximum extent possible. It is a violation of a minister’s duties to do or not do anything contrary to God’s word, using conformity to an invalid law as an excuse. We believe that it is the duty of all citizens of our country, but particularly those who are ministers of this corporation, including directors, officers, and employees, to examine whether a law conforms to the Bible first, and the Oregon and United States Constitutions second, and to act accordingly.
